1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

2. UNBOXING VIDEO

For electronic, fragile, or higher-value products, customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

The video should clearly show:

- The condition of the parcel before opening.

- The package label.

- The complete unboxing process.

- The product and its condition.

- Any damage, defect, or missing item.

An unboxing video may be required to verify damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Without sufficient evidence, we may not be able to approve a return, replacement, or refund.

3. PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

- Products damaged by the customer.

- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

- Products showing signs of unauthorized repair or modification.

- Products damaged by water, liquid, fire, or electrical problems caused by improper use.

- Products with missing accessories, packaging, or parts due to customer handling.

- Products returned without prior approval.

- Products where the issue is caused by normal wear and tear.

- Products purchased under special clearance or non-returnable offers, where clearly stated.

4. CHANGE OF MIND

We generally do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer wants the product after receiving it.

However, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of MAHMUD BD SHOP.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact our customer support and provide:

- Description of the problem

- Clear photos or videos of the product

- Unboxing video, where applicable

9. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is caused by an error from MAHMUD BD SHOP, such as:

Where possible, customers should take photos or videos of the damaged parcel before opening it.

13. WARRANTY CLAIMS
